The process of working remotely on the design and implementation of a project is almost identical to our usual workflow
MEETING
01
We offer an initial meeting, either in person or via messaging apps, to discuss your project, work format, and technical requirements.
We will prepare a commercial proposal and contract for your review.
MEASUREMENT

After the meeting and agreement on the contract, we meet with you on-site for measurements or 3D scanning of the property and to sign the contract.
In the case of remote work, we arrange for measurements or 3D scanning through our partners and sign the contract remotely.
DEVELOPMENT

For the most convenient communication, we create a shared chat with the designers and clients, where project details, revisions, and other matters will be discussed.
At all stages, we record video overviews.
COMPLETE PROJECT

We are sending you both digital and physical versions of the drawings, visualizations, and the logbook.
In the case of remote work, we will mail the physical versions.
MANAGEMENT

We implement your project, procure materials, and accompany you to furniture manufacturers to discuss custom orders. We supervise contractors, manage renovation stages, and oversee the supply and acceptance of materials.
In your absence, we sign authorizations for complete control. If the order is in another city or country, we arrange site visits and set up video monitoring.
